How does this work?

With specialized consultations, we come to your home or may meet you at one of our locations, the animal shelter or the dog park. After the consult you may want to do further work with a trainer, and discounts are available for multiple sessions. Payment is due at the end of the session by check, cash or credit.

Picking a Pup
Looking for guidance about the best dog for your lifestyle? Adding another dog to your household? We can discuss what kind of dog would be best and even accompany you to a shelter, meet and evaluate your potential pup and help ease the transition into your home.

Best Paw Forward
Perfect for new puppy and newly adopted pets! Have a new puppy or dog and want to get it right from the get go? House training, socialization, and preventing inappropriate behavior and reinforcing appropriate manners will be discussed.

Preparing Dog for Baby
If you're about to adopt or have a little one on the way, we'll discuss what do now to lay the groundwork for success and a smooth transition.

Kids and Fur Kids
A session for the two legged and four legged kids in your life. We'll work on basics so that both dog and kids are cooperating. We'll talk about management and easy things the kids can do to work with and have fun with their pooch.

Take me out to the Dog Park
Want to introduce your dog to doggie friends? Or need help getting a more responsive dog at the park? We'll go with you, we'll trouble shoot, learn and practice the most invaluable commands in a dog park setting. You'll learn all about dog body language and be able to identify appropriate and inappropriate play. We'll also show you how to keep your own dog outta trouble. Play ball!

Tails on the Trail
Perfect for avid hikers or trail aficionados and their dogs. Learn and practice trail etiquette and we'll start to train your pup to be responsive and reliable on trails and off leash!

Fun and Fitness- Enrichment & Exercise!
Been a while since Fido has seen his svelte figure? Not sure what to do to get your potato off the couch? We'll discuss motivation, nutrition and create a plan to increase your dog's exercise, enrichment and mental stimulation. Ultimately this helps create a tired, relaxed dog that works hard to earn their 16 hours of beauty sleep.
