    A January warm-up without the forced cheer: a Hot Cocoa Chat inside the studio where you can stop by, grab a mug, and drop the armor. Come talk with our trainers about your dog, your life, or which OPB program might actually regulate your world instead of adding more noise. No performance, no “shoulds”, just real conversation, real humans, and a little heat in the cold.
